MAKERS FESTIVAL

  • Date: From May 18-19
  • Location: Berlin, Germany
  • Who should attend? All Makers - any and all roles are welcome to attend (cap: 300 participants)
As an extension of the Retreat, we have the Makers Festival. This two-day event is a user-generated unconference focusing on 5 key areas of learning and collaboration:
  • Hub2Hub and Key Partner Collaboration
  • Capacity Building and Learning Opportunities
  • Berlin City experiences
  • Open Space for Makers to propose and build their own agenda
It will be the perfect place to schedule meetings with your peers from other Impact Hubs as well as with partners and global team members. Discuss impact and co-creation while exchanging ideas and experiences on your topics of interest.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 Agenda: Welcome Makers! Below is DRAFT #1 of the Makers Festival program. More details about partner workshops, regional meetings, collaborative unconference discussions, and Berlin experiences will be added in the next weeks. This draft will give you an idea about the flow of the festival but stay tuned as we add specific sessions information. If you are interested in having a discussion with Makers around a specific idea or topic, please share here. These sessions will have space in the Unconference track during the Festival. We will update the Unconference portion of the schedule with your sessions week by week. If you have any questions, please email globalgatherings@impacthub.net. We look forward to seeing you in Berlin!                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Check out this video that shows you how to best use the online agendas and get the most out of the events.
